Wadesboro- Mrs. Ruth W. Arrowood, 90, passed away July the 16th, 2015 at Ambassador Health & Rehabilitation in Wadesboro. She was the daughter of the late Albert Frazier and Carrie Mae Barbee Wright. She was a retired Teacher's Assistant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rev. C.H. Arrowood.

Funeral Services will be 2pm Tuesday at New Home Baptist Church. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Monday evening at New Home. Interment will follow in the Olive Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Arrowood is survived by three sons: Mr. Daniel Arrowood of Marshville, Mr. David Arrowood of Holden Beach and Mr. Mark Arrowood of Monroe. Two daughters: Mrs. Talitha F. Wright of Apex, NC and Mrs. Betsy A. Moore of Wadesboro. She is also survived by her brother Mr. J.D. Wright Sr. of Charlotte, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
