Marshville - Mrs. Sarah Collins Rogers, 76, went to be with Jesus, Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Atrium Health – Union. Born October 4, 1946 in Robeson County, she was the daughter of the late Lanneau and Sara Smith Collins and widowed by her husband, Bobby in 2012. She was also preceded in death by siblings, Valerie Seals, Bradley Collins, Marshall Collins and sons-in-law, Scott Patterson and Greggory Thomas.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Sarah will be 11 AM Thursday, October 13, 2022 from the graveside of Marshville City Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8 pm at Morgan & Son Funeral Home.

Those left behind to cherish her memory include sons, Bob Rogers, Jr. (Cathy) and Jeff Rogers (Amy); daughter, Debbie Patterson; grandchildren, Haley P. Sullivan (Cody), Caleb Rogers, Leslie Rogers and Sammie Rogers; great grandchildren, Luke and Adilynn Sullivan; brothers, Thomas Collins.
