Dateline - Marshville Willette Mary Munz "Ms. Billie", passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 at her home. She was born in Philadelphia, PA. The second daughter of William Elmer and Gladys Margaret Munz. She graduated from Ocean City, NJ High School, Moore College of Art in Philadelphia and Columbia University in New York City with a MFA. Ms. Billie was a life-long artist. Billie has gone to join her family, the last of a proud loving family. In 1981, she retired as chairperson of the Art dept. at the University of Texas on El Paso. She was co-owner of Little People Land pre-school in Pinellas Park, FL. Billie moved to Marshville to be with her beloved baby brother, William Charles Munz in 2004. "Skip" to her, he passed away February 19, 2006. She enjoyed her pets "Honey Bun", "Lea" and more recently "Mic" who was more frequently seen with her while she was working in her yard. . There will be no services. Billieâ??s last wish was that her fantastic neighbors "The Sellers" go out to dinner to celebrate her life. Her remains will be sent to New Mexico to be interned at Memory Gardens with her Mother, Dad and Little sister Ester.
